Scope of services
Synchro music provides recording, mixing, mastering and related audio services as agreed upon with the client. All services are delivered based on mutual consultation and clear communication.
Agreements and pricing
Prices, delivery times and the scope of work are discussed and agreed upon before the start of a project. Any changes during the process will be communicated in advance.
Revisions
Revisions are part of the service and are handled in consultation. The number and nature of revisions depend on the agreed scope of the project.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed upon prior to the start of the project. Final delivery may depend on receipt of payment, unless otherwise agreed.
Liability
Synchro music is not responsible for misuse, loss or damage of delivered audio files after delivery. The client is responsible for making backups of all delivered material.
Copyright
All copyrights remain with the client unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Acceptance
By using the services of Synchro music, the client agrees to these general terms and conditions.
